Frequently asked questions
How long does a grooming session take?
It depends on the package and your pet’s needs, but most sessions take 1.5–3 hours.
Do you groom other animals as well as dogs?
Currently, we do not but we are hoping to soon!
What if my pet is nervous or anxious?
Our groomers are trained to handle nervous pets with patience and care. We always take extra time to make your pets comfortable and feel as safe as possible.
We recommend keeping a consistent grooming schedule to get your pet more comfortable with the grooming process. If they are very anxious or reactive, we may recommend speaking with your vet about anxiety medicine.
Can I stay with my pet during grooming?
For safety and to keep your pet focused, we do not allow pet owners to stay during their groom. If you're feeling a little nervous, you can view your pets groom via our webcams.
Do I need to be home for their appointment?
For the first appointment we require pet parents to be home as we get to know your pet. If the inital hand off goes well, we allow pet parents to set up appointments when they are not home. However, we require pet parents to confirm and pay 24hrs in advance of the appointment and a code to a lock box or keypad for entry.
